AdBlue Fluid - PF Cusack

AdBlue Fluid

Features

  • AdBlue is a chemical derived from purified and demineralized water and urea that aids in the reduction of hazardous emissions from diesel engines.
  • Most diesel cars made since 2016 utilise a technique known as selective catalytic reduction (SCR), which injects tiny amounts of AdBlue into the exhaust fumes of the vehicle. When this occurs and the AdBlue comes into contact with the hot exhaust, it emits ammonia, causing a chemical process that breaks down the hazardous components (nitrogen oxide and nitrogen dioxide) and generates harmless nitrogen and oxygen.
  • If your diesel car runs out of AdBlue completely, it will not start; you will have plenty of notice, but keep it topped up on a frequent basis to avoid such an issue.
  • Available in various sizes.
