Marketing Creative Designer

Full time, permanent

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on designer to join our marketing team. This is a dynamic role combining multimedia design, marketing support, and occasional website updates, ideal for someone who enjoys developing their skills and contributing ideas in a small, close-knit team where collaboration and a positive attitude are essential. Applicants must be able to commute to Bilston daily, and a full UK driving licence is preferred for occasional offsite visits.


The Role

You’ll produce and maintain a wide range of marketing materials across digital, print, and web platforms while supporting day-to-day marketing operations. We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and confident in taking initiative, who brings energy and positivity to every task.


Creative & Design:

  • Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro)
  • Create graphics for web, social media, and campaigns
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production
  • Edit product imagery and marketing visuals
  • Update catalogues and existing marketing materials
  • Assist with video content creation and editing
  • Support motion graphics and multimedia projects
  • Assist with basic website updates and improvements
  • Help produce marketing assets for events and trade shows
  • Support email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines


Marketing & Team Support:

  • Support general marketing activity and campaign delivery
  • Assist with photoshoot logistics, product preparation, and on-site setup
  • Maintain branded merchandise and marketing resources
  • Provide occasional data support and reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Help with proofreading, quality checks, and maintaining consistency across materials
  • Proactively suggest improvements, share ideas, and support team projects
  • Collaborate across the team on ad-hoc tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly


Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative or design role
  • BA degree in Graphic/Creative Design or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of digital and print design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and refine work based on feedback
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, positive, and proactive, with a willingness to engage and contribute ideas


Desirable Skills

  • Motion graphics skills or willingness to learn
  • Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Basic Mailchimp knowledge
  • Understanding of web UI/UX principles
  • Photography skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

National Account Managers

Full time, permanent

We are seeking several dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team in to cover geographical locations such as London, Reading, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, and Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop improvements in your customer area.
  • Generate new business leads and cold call to schedule visits.
  • Account manage a selection of clients.
  • Compile monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Attend events, tradeshows etc.
  • Maintain and update records across various systems.
  • Work with teams across the business specially with the marketing dept, and managing your time to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Other tasks as required by business need.


Essential Skills and Qualities

  • Strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Good at building relationships with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic proficiency in IT systems - Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to problem solve.
  • Good communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management.
  • GCSEs in Math and English.
  • Willing to travel across the UK as required.
  • Full UK driving licence.


Desired Skills

  • Minimum of two years of experience in selling to Utility, Rail and Construction industry.
  • Experience using Sage Accounting Software or the ability to learn new systems (training on Sage would be given).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Formulas (VLOOKUPS, IF functions, pivot tables and other intermediate formulas), or the ability to learn these skills.
  • Ability to carry out tasks through a commercial viewpoint.
  • Experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
